1. 12-month comprehensive mindfulness program (1 session per month)

2. 12-Week mindfulness Program (1 session per week)

3. 6 weeks mindfulness program (2 sessions a week)

These programs are designed with a practical approach which teens and young adults can Do  (DIY) , trust and implement in their daily life. Ample activites, exercises etc have been incorported in the program to interest this particular  age group
